At every LifePath Unlimited event, our Legacy program selects a local organization is selected and the participants in the event contribute both their time and money to support that organization, leaving every place we visit a bit better off than when we arrived.  Needy places as diverse as Mexico, the Virgin Islands, Iraq, Puerto Rico, Kenya, Costa Rico, Peru, New Orleans and even Downers Grove, IL have been left with tangible proof of the commitment of the LifePath Unlimited community.  There have been teddy bears for little girls who may have never seen one, stuffed by LifePath Unlimited associates in a team building exercise; bicycles for children who had only dreamed of one, assembled with love during an event; a rainforest planted in Costa Rica; llamas purchased for the remote villagers in Peru; a schoolhouse, library and fresh water wells for the deserving children of Kenya…the list goes on an on.

I could even go on to say BreakThrough’s totally life-changing sessions feature world-class inspirational speakers, motivational trainers, and incredible mind-, body- and spirit-elevating exercises plus LifePath Unlimited’s unparelleled transformational technology.  Again….just flat words on paper.

I could go further to talk about FireWalk, arrow-breaking and rebar bending experiences that teach people how to advance beyond their most limiting beliefs.  All of this would be an accurate description of what LifePath Unlimited’s BreakThrough Event is.

But none would truly describe the experience that is BreakThrough.  LifePath Unlimited’s product– Discovery, BreakThrough and Destiny– are all experiences…very personal experiences for the individuals participating.  My BreakThrough experience will be different from the person that is sitting next to me and my next BreakThrough experience will be different than my last.

I have been home from the LifePath Unlimited Destiny Event for about a week now and have had some time to contemplate and absorb the whole experience.  Each person that attends a LifePath Unlimited event, whether it is LifePath Unlimited Breakthrough or Destiny Event, comes away with their own unique experience.  I think that is one of the things that makes our events so special…they allow the space for each person to create their own experience within the event.  I guess that LifePath Unlimited truly puts the “personal” in personal development!

For me, one of the most important parts of the events is getting to reconnect in person with my many friends in the LifePath Unlimited Community.  You see like a traditional business, friendships develop with people you work with on an on-going basis–you share similar goals and experiences afterall.  But unlike a traditional business, we don’t get to see each other every day at the office–we are each running our own businesses from the comfort of our own homes all around the world.  So, coming together at events is especially meaningful…to give hugs and just connect with people you enjoy face to face instead of on Skype or the phone.

Gathering with people you love and share a remarkable, life-changing experience…well, that is just off the charts awesome!  I am a stay-at-home mom living in rural Nebraska with my husband, mom, kids, dogs, cats and so on…so to find myself in Machu Picchu being guided through ancient Inca ceremonies by a Shaman that doesn’t even remember how old he is…that is a pretty unusual experience to say the least!

LifePath Unlimited – Lessons in Gratitude

So, today I am missing my LifePath Unlimited Family a bit…and adjusting to being back in the “real world”…but so grateful for the amazing time that we shared and all the life lessons that the Shaman taught us during our week in Peru.  The most memorable being to be happy no matter what your circumstances and always be grateful for the blessings that surround you every moment.

I am almost packed to head off to Cuzco, Peru for LifePath Unlimited Destiny Conference!.  I am so excited to see my LifePath Unlimited Family, to take in a new culture,  and to experience another transformational event!  This event is designed to be very spiritual in nature.  It will be a quieter event than our LifePath Unlimited Breakthrough conference , but even more transformative.  We will be exploring on of the modern Wonders of the World, Machu Picchu, the Lost City of the Incas.  This is said to be a place of amazing energy.  We will hear from amazing speakers and take several excursions during our stay.  Much of the intinerary has been kept secret…so I will have to share with you as it unfolds.  It will be a long journey to get there (over 24 hours) but well worth every minute…stay tuned for more!

My name is Jamie Cook.  I am a mother of two amazing children, wife, caregiver to my mom, owner of many pets…and an Entrepreneur.  I came to LifePath Unlimited about two years ago searching for a way to earn some money from home while caring for my family.  Like many mothers, I was an educated working woman climbing the corporate ladder when I decided to start my family and I was torn between wanting to give all of my time and attention to my children and wanting to be successful in business.  Like many mothers, I made the decision to put my career on hold for a few years to be home with my kids “while they were really little” with a plan to return at some point, maybe.  Like many mothers, once I was home nuturing, guiding and caring for my children, I just couldn’t see placing them in anyone else’s care to return to work.  And yet, there was still a pull to flex my business skills…to contribute to the family’s income.  It was from this place of frustration that I discovered LifePath Unlimited and realized that I didn’t have to make a choice between my family and having success in business.  I really could to both…and not the way many women do it…feeling like both areas suffer…but, in a way that actually improves all areas of my life.  That is why I believe that LifePath Unlimited ROCKS!  More on this later…
